PPC & LSA Specialist

About the role

We are a US‑based digital marketing agency seeking a detail‑oriented PPC & LSA Specialist to manage a growing portfolio of home‑services accounts. The role is remote, open to candidates throughout LATAM, and requires working on a Mountain Standard Time schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize a large portfolio of Google Local Services Ads (LSA) accounts, ensuring proper spend, lead generation, and issue resolution.
• Open, track, and follow up on Google Support cases until problems are resolved.
• Build new Google Ads (PPC) campaigns for local home‑service businesses and perform regular optimizations, testing, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate account notes, issue logs, and status updates.
• Write internal performance updates and strategic recommendations.
• Assist with onboarding new LSA accounts and improve internal workflows, checklists, and quality‑control processes.

Required profile

• Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage a high‑volume portfolio of accounts.
• Proven success with Google Ads for home‑service or lead‑generation businesses.
• Detail‑oriented with a consistent account‑review routine and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Persistent in handling Google Support cases and comfortable working in a white‑label agency environment.
