Performance Digital Ads Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a performance‑driven Digital Ads Specialist to own the planning, execution and optimisation of paid search and paid social campaigns. The role will support traffic generation for over 300 retail locations and our e‑commerce site, working closely with creative, e‑commerce and analytics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Google Search, Display, Performance Max and Meta platforms.
• Manage daily campaign execution, including strategy, budget pacing, performance analysis and ongoing optimisation.
• Allocate and reallocate budgets across channels to maximise efficiency and meet in‑store appointment goals.
• Develop audience strategies, including prospecting, look‑alike, custom audiences and exclusion management.
• Collaborate with creative teams to brief, test and iterate ad creative and copy, running structured A/B and incrementality tests.
• Monitor bids, audience targeting, conversions and key performance indicators on a daily and monthly basis.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid search (Search, Display, Performance Max) and paid social (Meta) campaigns.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑channel budgets and report on cross‑channel performance.
• Experience in retail or location‑based businesses and lead‑generation campaigns is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, dependable and strong organisational skills.
