Performance Digital Ads Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a performance‑driven specialist to lead the planning, execution and optimisation of paid search and paid social campaigns that drive traffic to our 300+ retail locations and e‑commerce site. The role sits within the Digital Marketing team and works closely with creative, e‑commerce and analytics stakeholders to deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across Google Search, Display, Performance Max and Meta platforms.
• Manage daily campaign operations including setup, budget pacing, bid adjustments and performance analysis.
• Allocate and reallocate budgets across channels to maximise efficiency and meet in‑store appointment goals.
• Develop and manage audience strategies, including prospecting, look‑alike/custom audiences and exclusions.
• Collaborate with creative teams to brief, test and iterate ad creative and copy, running structured A/B and incrementality tests.
• Analyse data with digital marketing, creative and e‑commerce teams to inform optimisation.
• Monitor key performance indicators and report on cross‑channel performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing paid search (Search, Display, Performance Max) and paid social (Meta) campaigns.
• Proven ownership of multi‑channel budget management and performance reporting.
• Experience in retail or location‑based businesses is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to audit campaigns and surface optimisation opportunities.
