About the role

SPC Internacional offers a hands‑on internship for Industrial Engineering students in Nicaragua. The position provides practical experience in documenting, mapping and standardising company policies, processes and procedures within a dynamic business environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation for policies, processes and procedures.
• Map existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement and standardisation.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and contribute to organisational projects.
• Collaborate with team members to structure and analyse information effectively.

Required profile

• Industrial Engineering student in the final two years of the degree.
• Organised, responsible, proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Strong interest in process documentation, continuous improvement and information analysis.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
