Organic Growth & Search Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Organic Growth & Search Manager to lead the organic acquisition engine for multiple brands. You will own the full SEO lifecycle, from local visibility to AI‑driven search, ensuring our brands are easy to find, trusted, and recommended.

Key responsibilities

• Improve Google Business Profile and Google Maps rankings across brands.
• Develop and execute Local SEO and traditional SEO strategies.
• Implement reputation and review‑generation systems.
• Lead technical SEO, content authority building, and AI‑search (GEO/AEO) initiatives.
• Drive organic calls, leads, and revenue through optimized search presence.
• Produce reporting, analytics, and scalable SOPs.
• Collaborate with platforms such as Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of proven SEO experience, especially in Local SEO and Google Business Profile.
• Demonstrated success in reputation management and organic lead generation.
• Fluent English (B2+) and Spanish (C1 or native).
• Ability to work remotely full‑time from LATAM or the Philippines.
