Operario de Procesos – Marinados (corte y empaque)

About the role

Cargill is seeking a Production Operator for its Marinades (cutting and packing) line in Masaya, Nicaragua. This permanent, on‑site position works on a rotating shift and supports the manufacturing of high‑quality food products.

Key responsibilities

• Transport empty boxes to the production line.
• Move sliced or chopped product boxes to the packing line.
• Load product into the packaging machine and place finished product into cartons.
• Transfer finished cartons to storage chambers.
• Perform repetitive, physically demanding tasks while following quality, safety and hygiene standards.
• Use manual tools and equipment to distribute, pack, store and prepare product for shipment.
• Follow corporate regulations and perform any additional duties assigned.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old.
• Completed primary education or higher.
• Ability to perform physical activities such as bending, climbing stairs, kneeling, squatting and twisting.
