About the role

Yazaki, a global leader in automotive power and data solutions, is seeking a Production Operator for its cable manufacturing line in Nicaragua. The role is entry‑level, ideal for candidates who are eager to learn and contribute to a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production machines after receiving proper training.
• Perform tasks following written instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Adhere to quality‑management system requirements and company policies.
• Support the production plan in coordination with the supervisor.

Required profile

• Legal adult (18 years or older).
• No prior experience required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Responsible attitude with a strong desire to develop new skills.
• Provide required documentation: tax status certificate, birth certificate, CURP, proof of address, education proof, social security number, and voter ID.
