Key responsibilities

• Provide individualized guidance on banking products and services tailored to client needs.
• Promote and achieve placement goals for the bank’s products and services.
• Follow up on client requests, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high‑quality service experience.
• Strengthen the bank‑client relationship through proactive communication and support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory).
• At least one year of experience in a sales‑oriented position.
• Strong customer focus, creativity, innovation, results orientation and effective communication.
