About the role

The Operations Officer will ensure that all client requests and complaints received through the system, as well as all credit‑card‑related operations, are handled promptly and accurately. This role is essential for delivering efficient, timely solutions and guaranteeing the best possible experience for Banco Ficohsa customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process and resolve client inquiries and complaints in accordance with established service standards.
• Manage end‑to‑end credit‑card operations, including activation, renewal, and transaction monitoring.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the banking system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish (and preferably English).
• Experience in banking or financial services operations.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to quality service.
