Office Maintenance Assistant – Managua

About the role

We are looking for an Office Maintenance Assistant to ensure the physical infrastructure of our office premises in Managua remains in optimal condition. The role involves routine inspections, corrective maintenance, and supporting the upkeep of equipment and facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of the office building’s physical infrastructure.
• Inspect and replace electrical components as needed.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of maintenance supplies in the warehouse.
• Assist with decoration and setup activities on operational floors to protect the facilities.
• Monitor and read equipment such as UPS units, generators, and air‑conditioning systems, reporting any issues for repair.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a maintenance technician for office or building infrastructure.
• High‑school diploma (Bachiller) or equivalent.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including occasional weekends and holidays.
• Residence in Managua.
