Media Buyer (Paid Media)

About the role

This full‑time position as a Media Buyer at Straive offers flexible remote work. You will be responsible for building and executing paid media campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and TikTok Ads Manager, primarily for global music‑industry clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Analyze performance data and optimise campaigns to meet awareness, engagement and conversion goals.
• Communicate directly with clients to resolve issues and provide updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of media planning and buying; training will be provided.
• Understanding of media terminology and metrics.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager (required); Google Ads and TikTok Ads Manager (preferred).
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data.
• Proactive, strategic thinker with problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
