About the role

Grupo Q is seeking an Automotive Mechanic to join its certified workshop network in Central America. The professional will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing vehicle systems to ensure high‑quality service and extend vehicle lifespan.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect mechanical and electrical systems of vehicles to identify faults.
• Perform diagnostics using specialized equipment and execute necessary repairs.
• Verify the proper functioning of safety systems to protect customers.
• Carry out routine maintenance tasks on customer vehicles.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in automotive mechanics.
• Technical Automotive Training (preferred) or equivalent practical experience.
• Valid B1 driver’s license.
• Proactive attitude with good interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Operation of vehicle diagnostic tools.
• Use of hydraulic equipment for repairs.
• Basic computer literacy for diagnostic software.
