Marketing & Growth Manager

About the role

We are looking for a high‑performing, hands‑on Marketing & Growth Manager to own the full marketing funnel for a premium woodcraft company. You will work closely with sales and leadership to turn data‑driven insights into profitable, sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of the Ideal Customer Profile, buyer personas, and purchasing motivations across the customer journey.
• Identify and eliminate growth bottlenecks using sales, customer, and financial data.
• Plan, execute, measure, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns (paid digital, social, SEO, email, retargeting, website/landing‑page optimisation, marketing automation).
• Collaborate with sales to review lead quality, track conversion, and close feedback loops.
• Maintain clean attribution, CRM tracking, and reporting dashboards for leadership.
• Align marketing activities with production capacity and overall business goals.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on marketing or growth‑marketing experience.
• Proven ability to personally execute campaigns rather than only managing external teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on pipeline generation, revenue, and ROI.
• Experience working closely with sales to improve lead quality and conversion.
