LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to design, launch, and optimise outbound campaigns for a fast‑growing AI startup. The role is fully remote and offers long‑term contract work, giving you full ownership from research to execution and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the client’s product, market, positioning and sales process.
• Identify ideal customer profiles, buyer segments, triggers and campaign angles.
• Build highly targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other data sources.
• Craft connection requests, opening messages, follow‑ups and variations that generate genuine responses.
• Launch LinkedIn outbound campaigns, monitor acceptance, reply, meeting and lead‑quality rates.
• Analyse performance data, run structured tests on audiences, offers, messaging and CTAs.
• Pause under‑performing campaigns quickly and scale successful ones.
• Document tests, results and learnings, and turn winning campaigns into repeatable playbooks.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and optimising successful B2B outbound campaigns.
• Strong expertise in ICP research, segmentation, targeting and outbound copywriting.
• Deep hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Ability to write concise, casual, relevant messages that feel personal.
• Analytical mindset to interpret campaign data and make data‑driven adjustments.
