Legal Sales Executive

About the role

The Legal Sales Executive generates new business for the company's legal virtual staffing services through proactive outbound sales. The role identifies, engages and converts prospective clients, acts as the first point of contact and delivers a professional, compliant and consultative sales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales via calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels to acquire new clients
• Identify, qualify and nurture prospects according to defined target profiles
• Present legal virtual staffing services clearly and accurately, and manage the full sales cycle to closing and handoff to the legal or onboarding team
• Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, activities and opportunities, track conversion rates and prepare forecasts
• Coordinate with Legal, Client Success and Operations teams and gather client feedback
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and take part in sales training and process improvement

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Law or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales, business development or client acquisition, preferably in legal services, B2B or professional services
• Experience selling legal, consultancy or regulated professional virtual staffing services is preferred
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics; understanding of legal service offerings and compliance is an advantage

• Outbound prospecting, lead generation and consultative selling
• Pipeline management, sales forecasting and client relationship management
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office and virtual communication platforms
