Legal Intake Specialist

About the role

Arvenda is seeking a Legal Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective clients of U.S.-based law firms. This remote, conversion‑focused position requires empathy, consultative sales instincts, and rapid response to inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and web inquiries within a 7‑second KPI target.
• Qualify leads by gathering preliminary case information and matching them to firm practice areas.
• Conduct relentless follow‑ups via calls, SMS, and email to keep leads engaged and drive conversions.
• Enter data accurately, attach documentation, and maintain detailed notes in the firm’s CRM.
• Schedule and coordinate initial video consultations, assist clients with technical issues, and ensure consultants receive complete information.

Required profile

• Exceptional English communication and active listening skills with a warm, professional phone presence.
• Prior experience in legal intake, inside sales, or high‑volume customer service.
• Availability to work a Tuesday‑Saturday schedule aligned with Central Time (CT).
• Consultative sales mindset capable of meeting strict conversion and show‑rate targets.
• High proficiency with CRM systems, multitasking, and fast, accurate data entry.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction‑free workspace.
