Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Link Up is looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment cycle for remote positions serving U.S.-based clients. You will source, interview, assess, and guide candidates while delivering a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing to hiring.
• Conduct interviews and final assessments, evaluating technical fit and cultural alignment.
• Match qualified candidates to open roles based on skills, motivations, and long‑term fit.
• Guide candidates through every stage, ensuring a professional and smooth journey.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to maintain a high standard of candidate experience.
• Support recruitment operations with documentation, applicant tracking, and process improvements.
• Contribute to team initiatives such as interview guide enhancements and client feedback loops.
• Collaborate across functions to deliver a cohesive, high‑touch recruitment process.

Required profile

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in offshoring/outsourcing.
• Proven ability to manage the full recruitment cycle.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable with strong follow‑through.
• Team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Comfortable using recruitment tools and LinkedIn, with a quick learning attitude for new systems.
