Junior Sales Outreach Representative (Remote)

About the role

This fully remote Junior Sales Outreach Representative position is ideal for energetic, bilingual professionals who thrive on multitasking. You will combine outbound prospecting with essential administrative duties to keep the sales pipeline flowing smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to identify, qualify, and engage potential leads.
• Schedule and coordinate discovery calls, manage calendar invites, and ensure seamless communication between leads and the team.
• Maintain precise data integrity by logging outreach activities, updating internal trackers, and generating pipeline reports.
• Handle email correspondence and follow‑ups with prospects, clients, and team members.
• Organize sales materials, documentation, and administrative files in Google Drive for quick team access.
• Support the team with market research, document preparation, and other administrative tasks to continuously optimize the sales process.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales and/or administrative assistance.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
• Home office with a laptop (2010+), 8 GB RAM, 50 Mbps internet, and a quiet workspace.

• Hourly rate equivalent to USD $696–$1,044 per month, based on experience.
