Jr. Inside Sales Executive

About the role

Prime Landscaping & Snow Removal is looking for a motivated Junior Inside Sales Executive to join its growing sales team in Managua. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, using outbound calls to qualify leads, present our landscaping, maintenance, and snow‑removal services, and schedule qualified appointments for senior sales staff.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in the company’s services.
• Record call activity, notes, and lead details accurately in HubSpot CRM.
• Qualify prospects and book appointments for Account Executives or Estimators.
• Follow approved call scripts while maintaining a natural, professional tone.
• Address client objections and questions courteously to build rapport.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in sales or customer service.
• Advanced written and verbal English (C1) and Spanish communication skills.
• High attention to detail, strong phone etiquette, and reliable punctuality for on‑site work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HubSpot CRM.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Google Workspace.
