IT Systems & Network Engineer - Level II

About the role

We are seeking an IT Systems & Network Engineer – Level II to provide advanced support for client infrastructures. The ideal candidate has strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and networking equipment, preferably within a Managed Service Provider environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level II technical support for client infrastructure and end‑user environments.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Entra ID and Intune, including device management.
• Manage SharePoint Online and Exchange Online, handling access, configuration and mail flow issues.
• Configure, monitor and troubleshoot routers, switches and multiple firewalls across diverse client sites.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, DNS, DHCP, VPN and TCP/IP problems.
• Handle escalated issues from Level I support, maintain documentation and ensure security standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to manage and troubleshoot multiple client environments simultaneously.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
