IT Support Technician – Remote (Level 1‑2)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Technician to deliver remote assistance across multiple client environments. You will manage daily service tickets, perform routine Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration, and ensure clear documentation for escalated issues.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, troubleshoot, document, and resolve support requests via ConnectWise PSA/RMM.
• Use remote access tools to investigate device issues, run maintenance tasks, and support users.
• Administer Microsoft 365 (user onboarding/offboarding, licenses, MFA, Teams, OneDrive) and Google Workspace (accounts, groups, Drive permissions).
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 desktops, Office apps, browsers, peripherals, and perform basic Windows Server/Active Directory tasks.
• Diagnose network connectivity problems (Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP) and support printer installations.
• Monitor RMM alerts, backup notifications, and follow security procedures for identity verification and incident escalation.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on IT support experience, preferably in an MSP or service‑desk setting.
• Strong written and verbal English fluency.
• Ability to manage concurrent tickets, meet response targets, and communicate technical issues clearly to non‑technical users.
