Intake Trainer

About the role

The Intake Trainer is the learning and development engine for our remote Intake floor. You will own the full training lifecycle, from designing onboarding programs to delivering real‑time coaching that keeps agents sharp.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the current training program and recommend refinements or rebuilds.
• Design and maintain a structured onboarding curriculum with clear milestones.
• Own all training documentation, ensuring it is current, organized, and usable.
• Shadow agents and team leads to identify skill gaps in real time.
• Develop and deliver ongoing training sessions in partnership with the Sales Development Manager.
• Build and maintain an objection‑handling library, script variations, and call‑structure guides.
• Track new‑hire ramp time, close‑rate trends, and report training effectiveness to the Director of Intake.

Required profile

• Experience designing or delivering training in a sales, intake, or high‑performance call environment.
• Strong documentation skills with comfort using Notion, Google Docs, or similar tools.
• Ability to critically assess existing materials and make clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse learning styles.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams independently.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
