Intake Specialist (Resume) – Remote

About the role

HireHawk is seeking a Personal Injury Intake Specialist to support a U.S.-focused legal team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, evaluating cases and guiding qualified prospects through the intake process.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, online inquiries, and referrals, conducting structured case screenings for various personal injury matters.
• Gather detailed incident information, injuries, medical treatment, liability, and insurance coverage to build a complete case picture.
• Apply intake criteria to identify high‑value or urgent matters and escalate them to attorneys, case managers, or investigators.
• Maintain accurate records, call logs, and case notes in Litify and ensure smooth handoffs to internal teams.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in personal injury or high‑volume client intake.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish for sensitive client conversations.
• Availability to work a Pacific Time schedule, including potential weekend shifts.

Required skills

• Litify (or similar legal case management platform such as Filevine or PracticePanther).
• Strong data‑entry accuracy and organized documentation.
