About the role

The Instructor will teach apprentices and re‑training operators using the AMT (Method, Quality, Ergonomics, Industrial Safety) methodology. The role ensures compliance with process indicators and supports the development of a skilled workforce within the garment manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training to apprentices and re‑training operators following the AMT manual.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with assigned process indicators.
• Review pre‑payroll sheets to guarantee accurate payment.
• Track absenteeism, turnover, safety compliance, discipline and internal regulations for assigned operators.
• Provide operators with necessary tools and materials for their tasks.
• Conduct basic operation training and certify sewing methods and quality according to procedures.
• Analyze training curves and develop corrective action plans.
• Follow the Safety and Health Management System (CAM‑HSN‑001) requirements.
• Perform any additional activities assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Required profile

• High school diploma or technical degree related to the industrial sector.
• At least 1 year of experience managing personnel or working as an instructor in a textile manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Knowledge of sewing machines and basic measurement techniques.
• Strong ability to manage people, adapt to change, work in a team, take initiative and focus on results.
