About the role

The Instructor will train apprentices and re‑training operators using the AMT (Method, Quality, Ergonomics, Industrial Safety) methodology. The role ensures compliance with process indicators and supports a safe, efficient production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training to apprentices and re‑training operators following the AMT analytical training manual.
• Verify pre‑payroll sheets to ensure accurate compensation.
• Monitor absenteeism, turnover, safety compliance, discipline and internal regulations for assigned operators.
• Provide necessary tools and materials to operators.
• Conduct basic operation exercises and certify sewing methods and quality.
• Analyze training curves and develop action plans.
• Comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (CAM‑HSN‑001).
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Required profile

• High school diploma or technical degree related to the industrial sector.
• At least 1 year of experience managing personnel or working as an instructor in a textile manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Knowledge of sewing machines and basic measurement techniques.
• Strong adaptability, teamwork, initiative and results‑orientation.
