Installation Coordinator (Project Manager)

About the role

Our client, a growing playground equipment supplier, is looking for an Installation Coordinator (Project Manager) to oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of installation projects. In this customer‑facing position you will act as the main liaison between clients and installers, ensuring each job runs smoothly from scheduling to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 50‑100 active installation jobs at any time.
• Communicate installation timelines and processes to customers.
• Coordinate with installers, providing necessary resources and information.
• Schedule installations, monitor job timelines and adjust as needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and installers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on‑site issues to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Experience in construction, contractor management or related fields.
• Strong problem‑solving and customer‑service orientation.
• Highly organized with excellent communication skills in English.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable improving processes.
