About the role

The Productivity Engineer will apply scientific analysis and Lean tools to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. The role focuses on optimizing human, material and economic resources while supporting the plant’s growth and efficiency plans.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize resources using engineering methods and Lean techniques.
• Execute and manage assigned continuous‑improvement projects and perform statistical control analysis.
• Monitor and analyze the plant’s growth plan.
• Audit current work methods and implement new standardized procedures.
• Develop lean teams, reduce size to minimum, and achieve at least 90% efficiency.
• Support equipment compliance within protection tables.
• Conduct process balancing and mapping throughout the plant.
• Ensure compliance with the Safety and Health Management System (CAM‑HSN‑001).
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Engineering Manager.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum one year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Basic English communication skills (preferred).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Visio and AutoCAD (preferred).
