About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on PPC Specialist to build, launch, and optimise Google Ads campaigns for our US‑based clients. The role is fully remote and focuses on daily execution inside Google Ads to drive growth and improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build and launch search, display, Performance Max and YouTube campaigns, structuring them according to strategy.
• Manage keyword targeting, match types, ad creatives, extensions and negative keywords.
• Continuously optimise bids, budgets and targeting to improve CTR, CPC and conversions.
• Monitor pacing, performance trends and report insights to senior team members.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on Google Ads experience with a strong analytical mindset.
• Detail‑oriented, execution‑focused and able to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Required skills

• Google Ads platform expertise (search, display, Performance Max, YouTube).
• Search term analysis and negative keyword strategy.
• GA4 and conversion tracking implementation.
• Experience with call‑tracking platforms and reporting dashboards.
