About the role

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for generating new business in the corporate sector and achieving sales targets for WTW. This role involves managing opportunities referred by other WTW offices worldwide, from initial contact through to closure.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new corporate business and meet defined sales goals.
• Manage and close opportunities referred by global WTW offices.
• Collaborate with the technical team to design competitive insurance offers that meet client needs.
• Utilize all stages of the sales pipeline to secure deals.
• Develop and present compelling proposals to prospects.
• Analyze operational performance to identify cost‑saving and improvement opportunities.
• Implement WTW’s service and client‑care strategies to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Review financial statements, activity reports and sales data to monitor productivity and goal attainment.
• Monitor internal departments to ensure efficient, high‑quality service delivery within approved budgets.

Required profile

• University degree sufficient to solve complex problems.
• 1‑5 years of experience in the insurance sector in similar commercial roles.
• Result‑oriented, team player with strong customer‑service focus.
• Proven success in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.
• Organized, flexible and able to work independently.
• Natural sales talent with strong English proficiency.
