Fullstack Python + React Engineer (Remote)

About the role

Join BairesDev's engineering team building an enterprise AI assistant used daily by thousands of employees across HR, IT, and Finance workflows. You will own features end‑to‑end, handling both backend API logic and the frontend interface.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Python services that power core application logic.
• Implement frontend features using React with TypeScript.
• Balance work across the stack, roughly 70 % backend and 30 % frontend.
• Collaborate with a global team of top‑tier talent.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience building production services with Python.
• Proven track record shipping real features with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS and ability to work PST hours.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
