Fullstack Python + React Engineer

About the role

Join the engineering team behind an enterprise AI assistant used daily by thousands of employees across HR, IT, and Finance workflows. You will own features end‑to‑end, handling both the backend API logic and the user‑facing interface. Prior LLM experience is a plus but not required.

Key responsibilities

• Own features end‑to‑end, spanning backend API logic and frontend interface.
• Build and maintain Python services powering core application logic.
• Develop frontend features using React with TypeScript.
• Balance work across the stack, roughly 70 % backend and 30 % frontend.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience building production services with Python.
• Experience shipping real features with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS.
• Availability to work PST hours.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
