About the role

The Credit Formalizer ensures that approved loan applications are finalized and disbursed efficiently. Working within a reputable banking institution, you will interact directly with clients to complete the signing and documentation process for vehicle, personal, and mortgage loans.

Key responsibilities

• Contact approved clients via BIZAGI or SISEC to communicate loan conditions, gather required documents, answer questions, and schedule signing appointments.
• Prepare and validate signing packages that include contracts, amortization tables, delivery letters, and disbursement documents.
• Coordinate with commercial partners, auto dealerships, appraisers, and insurers to manage pledged invoices, property valuations, and policy issuance.
• Track the progress of packages sent to branches, maintaining up‑to‑date control and status reports in Google Drive.
• Organize, label, and forward files to the central archive and provide necessary documents to portfolio administration.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Law or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in banking services, customer support, credit operations, call‑center, collections, or file management.
• Basic knowledge of legal and accounting principles, strong customer service orientation, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
• Familiarity with systems such as BIZAGI, IBS (AS400), SIEBEL, SIDOC, JIRA, VASA, or similar platforms.
