Field Store Trainer

About the role

The Field Store Trainer will design, deliver and maintain training programs that enable U.S. retail stores to operate accurately and independently. Working closely with Store Support leadership, Quality Assurance, Brand and Regional Managers, the trainer ensures new releases, process changes and operational standards are understood and applied.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver virtual and instructor‑led training sessions for store associates and leadership.
• Lead refresher workshops with Brand and Regional Managers to reinforce updates.
• Create and update training materials such as presentations, job aids, SOPs, assessments and videos.
• Develop interactive eLearning courses and publish them on the KnowBe4 learning platform.
• Administer KnowBe4 enrollments, assignments, due dates and generate status reports.
• Partner with QA and Store Support to analyse quality findings and identify knowledge gaps.
• Design targeted solutions—training, communication, process clarification—and measure their impact.
• Maintain SharePoint libraries to ensure resources are current and easily accessible.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance and other stakeholders on process rollouts.
• Manage multiple training projects, meet deadlines and provide updates to training leadership.

Required profile

• Advanced written and verbal English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience in delivering training to retail or similar environments.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret QA data and support trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the KnowBe4 learning platform.
• Experience using SharePoint for document management.
• Ability to create eLearning content and instructional materials.
