Fashion Paid Media Senior Performance Analyst

About the role

The Senior Performance Analyst owns execution, performance and growth of paid‑media services for complex, enterprise‑level fashion accounts. The role blends deep channel expertise with cross‑channel strategy, client communication and team mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Lead paid‑advertising strategy and performance for key accounts, ensuring execution meets client goals.
• Serve as primary escalation point, resolve roadblocks, and drive performance across major channels (Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat).
• Apply advanced measurement techniques (attribution, incrementality) and oversee high‑quality campaign execution with thorough QA.
• Maintain budget pacing, provide proactive strategy recommendations, and manage testing roadmaps.
• Mentor team members, conduct training sessions, and contribute to new‑business pitches and audits.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of digital‑marketing experience, including 4+ years in an agency setting.
• 3+ years hands‑on experience with Search Engine Marketing and large‑scale campaign development.
• Proven ability to communicate complex performance data and handle client‑facing presentations.
• Strong organizational, project‑management and self‑motivation skills.

Required skills

• Google/Bing Search Engine Marketing (bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy).
• Meta direct‑response advertising.
• Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, Bing Ads.
• Experience with TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat (optional but valued).
• Google Analytics and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
