Facilities Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Facilities Supervisor to lead the operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of our office environment. The role ensures a safe, functional and efficient workplace for all staff while supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee administration, operation, maintenance, repair and continuous improvement of company facilities.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
• Directly supervise the Chief of Maintenance and Janitorial Team, ensuring compliance with schedules, cleaning standards, safety procedures and performance expectations.
• Coordinate office renovations, infrastructure improvements and construction projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to company standards.
• Supervise contractors, verify quality, completion and regulatory compliance of maintenance and construction work.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs, operational risks and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, ergonomic and applicable regulatory requirements, including Free Zone Commission standards.
• Maintain and update architectural drawings, office layouts and facility plans, documenting all renovations and workspace changes.
• Provide technical evaluation of vendor proposals and validate technical acceptance of completed jobs or projects.
• Prepare reports on maintenance activities, facility conditions, projects and operational improvements.
