Facilitador/a de Bienestar Infantil

About the role

The organization seeks a passionate professional to promote the integral wellbeing of children and adolescents in vulnerable communities. You will work directly in the field, partnering with local volunteers, community members, and technical specialists to create safe, supportive environments for youth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement activities and methodologies that foster child and adolescent development.
• Ensure the quality of sponsorship processes and monitor related performance indicators.
• Conduct community monitoring, case follow‑up, and produce protection reports.
• Coordinate actions with local institutions, partners, and community structures.
• Facilitate volunteer‑led activities and support logistics for projects and events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Pedagogy, Agronomy or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in community work and participatory methodologies.
• Valid motorcycle driving license (mandatory).
• Strong teamwork, conflict‑resolution, and facilitation abilities.
• Proficiency with standard computer tools.
