Executive Assistant – Remote Work

About the role

Provide end‑to‑end personal and lifestyle support to executives, handling household administration, appointments, purchases and family‑related requests. The role is dynamic, varied and fully remote, requiring research, creativity and sound judgment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage personal and lifestyle matters for executives, including household tasks, appointments and purchases.
• Research, plan and coordinate domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries.
• Source and compare vendors and service providers, recommending optimal solutions.
• Organise personal events and special occasions, handling venue sourcing, catering and logistics.
• Handle ad‑hoc, time‑sensitive requests independently from start to finish.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as an Executive Assistant.
• Proven experience with travel planning.
• Familiarity with US‑based services, vendors, restaurants and day‑to‑day logistics.
• Previous handling of personal or lifestyle requests for executives.
• Advanced level of English.

Required skills

• Experience with AI tools or AI‑assisted research (nice to have).
• Experience working in a fully remote environment (nice to have).
