About the role

We are looking for a Churn Specialist to continuously analyze customer behavior, identify risk segments and key drivers of churn, and support initiatives that improve retention and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze churn trends and deviations over time.
• Detect risk signals and generate timely alerts.
• Segment customers by tenure, geography and other relevant factors.
• Transform data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Support the implementation and measurement of retention initiatives.
• Track pilots, results and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare executive analyses and materials for key review meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Commercial Analysis or similar roles.
• Strong analytical thinking, result orientation and ability to turn information into decisions.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (mandatory).
• Power BI (desired).
• Intermediate SQL (desired).
