Encargado de Piso – Gestión de Entregas de Vehículos

About the role

The Floor Manager ensures that vehicles are prepared, inspected, and delivered in perfect condition, coordinating all floor activities within the showroom and service areas. This position works closely with sales, legal, and logistics teams to guarantee timely vehicle hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for delivery at least two hours before hand‑over, including electronic system updates and invoice validation.
• Manage daily agendas for vehicle deliveries to customers and branches, and track delivered units.
• Conduct comprehensive inspections of incoming and outgoing vehicles.
• Coordinate vehicle transfers with the preparation center, branches, and showroom, ensuring system entries for departures.
• Oversee exhibition and demo vehicles, performing operational spot‑checks.
• Perform weekly and monthly inventory counts to maintain accurate physical and system records of vehicle locations and status.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in operational or logistics roles within the automotive sector.
• High school diploma (Bachillerato – General).
• Valid B1 driving license.
• Strong planning, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
