About the role

The Quality Manager will oversee the quality of new vehicle preparation processes at Grupo Q, ensuring compliance with company standards and delivering vehicles that meet 100% quality criteria. This role involves inspection, reporting, and continuous improvement of preparation activities across the dealership network.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect completed vehicle preparation processes to guarantee final delivery quality.
• Identify anomalies, rework needs, and improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
• Report quality analysis results to management for short‑ and medium‑term action plans.
• Review inventory counts in the CDA yards and adhere to inventory schedules.
• Support vehicle movement within and outside the CDA premises.
• Ensure timely, flawless delivery of new vehicles to sales rooms.
• Assist with removal of factory protective plastics and maintain stored vehicle care guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following the CDA 9S program.
• Help clean bird droppings from stored vehicles and support paint shop vehicle hand‑over.
• Place reflective tapes on trucks and key tags on new vehicles.
• Monitor delivery priority criteria in QRM and ensure compliance with ETPC indicators in Tableau.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience with quality systems or standards.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle polishing, automotive painting, and mechanics.
• High school diploma; university studies are a plus.
• Basic reading, writing, and speaking skills in English.
• Completed courses on quality standards and basic Office skills.
• Mandatory B1 driver’s license; B2 license is desirable.
