About the role

The Motorcycle Quality Manager is responsible for the thorough inspection and testing of fully assembled motorcycles before they are dispatched to Grupo Q’s sales network and own stores. This role ensures that every unit meets the highest technical and aesthetic standards required by the company and its customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed visual and functional inspections of assembled motorcycles.
• Perform and validate all technical tests, including electrical, mechanical, brake systems, and bodywork assessments.
• Approve 100% of units for dispatch only after confirming compliance with quality criteria.
• Verify paint quality, detect scratches, dents, engine noises, and any other non‑conformities.
• Document inspection results and coordinate corrective actions when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a vehicle receiver, mechanic, automotive electrician, assembler, or technical supervisor.
• Technical education in mechanics or automotive electricity.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized inspection procedures.
