Email and Lifecycle Marketing Specialist (Remote)

About the role

HireHawk is looking for an Email and Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to support a direct‑to‑consumer subscription business. You will own the end‑to‑end execution of email, SMS, segmentation, retention and reporting, directly influencing churn reduction and customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, test and launch Klaviyo campaigns, automations and lifecycle flows across acquisition, onboarding, engagement and win‑back stages.
• Create and manage SMS campaigns and integrate them with email strategies.
• Develop and maintain customer segments for personalized messaging.
• Manage the Klaviyo‑Recharge integration to ensure accurate subscription data flow.
• Monitor deliverability, list health and sender performance, resolving issues proactively.
• Analyze performance data and produce clear reports with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 3‑6+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, CRM or email marketing, preferably in DTC or e‑commerce.
• Hands‑on expertise with Klaviyo, including building campaigns, flows, segments and reporting.
• Experience with subscription‑based businesses and the Klaviyo‑Recharge integration.
• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues and see projects through to completion.
