Ejecutivo/a de Calidad y Coaching

About the role

The Quality and Coaching Executive will support Cargill’s tele‑sales and customer‑service teams by delivering coaching, improving processes and driving adoption of digital tools. You will help create a high‑performance environment that combines data‑driven insights with effective training.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group coaching sessions (in‑person and remote) focused on high‑performance behaviors for tele‑sales and customer service.
• Identify trends, root causes and improvement opportunities at the individual, team and process level.
• Partner with leaders to design action plans, monitor progress and ensure implementation.
• Analyze market, industry and consumer trends to inform process evolution and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and deliver training programs that equip sales and service teams with the necessary skills, knowledge, processes and tools.
• Resolve basic issues under supervision and escalate complex problems to appropriate personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 + year experience in tele‑sales or call‑center environments.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of organizational psychology, feedback methodologies, team development or coaching is desirable.
• Experience using AI tools for quality assurance or coaching is a plus.
