Ejecutivo de Portafolio de Canales Alternos

About the role

Banco LAFISE is looking for a passionate Portfolio Executive to lead its Alternate Channels network (ServiRED). The role focuses on trade marketing, client lifecycle management, and business development to retain and grow non‑bank correspondent relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically manage post‑affiliation commercial relationships with the non‑bank correspondent network.
• Develop and execute strategies to reduce merchant churn and reactivate inactive points of sale.
• Design and launch cross‑selling and transaction‑growth campaigns.
• Coordinate brand image, advertising materials, and BTL promotions directly at retail locations.
• Analyze transactional metrics to uncover new business opportunities and commission revenue.
• Handle operational incidents and requirements together with Back‑Office and Product teams.

Required profile

• Graduate in Administration, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields; postgraduate studies in Trade Marketing or Commercial Management are a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial portfolio management, sales or trade marketing within banking, finance or consumer goods.
• Strong knowledge of Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM), churn management, trade marketing and transactional data analysis.
• Basic proficiency in English.
