About the role

The Insurance Account Executive will manage a portfolio of collective health and benefits clients, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction through proactive, manager‑level programs.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external client emails within 12 business hours.
• Track and ensure compliance with operational processes, including meeting minutes and digital file management.
• Coordinate package pickups with couriers for clients without on‑site visits.
• Schedule and conduct at least two client meetings per year, preparing and updating presentations.
• Produce monthly management reports and maintain up‑to‑date renewal tracking.
• Deliver refresher and induction sessions when benefits change or upon client request.
• Monitor monthly claim activity, provide quarterly claim analyses, and notify clients.
• Proactively develop the assigned portfolio through talks, campaigns, fairs, and other client‑focused initiatives.
• Generate organic growth and prospect new business opportunities.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in personal insurance (life and health).
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Studies in Business Administration or a technical insurance course (not mandatory).
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Preferably own transportation.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Technical understanding of life and health insurance products and insurance law.
