Dispatcher - Logistics

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Dispatcher with experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatch operations. The role starts part‑time during training and moves to full‑time, with rotating shifts that may include weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely pickups, deliveries, and schedule updates.
• Communicate with drivers, clients, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve operational issues.
• Track shipments, routes, and delivery schedules to ensure efficient logistics operations.
• Handle last‑minute changes, delays, and urgent dispatch requests.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records, reports, and operational documentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, or a similar role.
• Availability to work a shift‑based schedule, including occasional weekends.
• Strong English communication, problem‑solving, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize urgent requests, and work independently.

Required skills

• Familiarity with dispatch software.
• Experience with GPS tracking systems.
• Knowledge of logistics management tools.
