Dispatch Coordinator (Fusion Dispatch Software)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Coordinator to manage the scheduling and dispatch of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing technicians using Fusion dispatch software. The role operates in a fast‑paced, 24/7 service environment, ensuring both emergency and preventive maintenance calls are handled efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch technicians across multiple trades using Fusion.
• Schedule emergency service calls and routine preventive maintenance visits.
• Monitor technician routes, job progress, and overall scheduling efficiency.
• Update work orders, job statuses, and customer records in real time.
• Communicate appointment details and service updates to customers.
• Collaborate with field technicians to guarantee timely job completion.
• Prioritize urgent requests while maintaining smooth daily operations.
• Support 24/7 coverage by managing after‑hours and emergency dispatch needs.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Fusion dispatch software or a similar platform.
• Background coordinating residential and commercial service projects.
• Previous dispatch experience in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, or related field service.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 service environment and performing well under pressure.
