About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Director of Marketing and Sales to lead the development and execution of an integrated commercial strategy. The role will drive revenue growth, strengthen brand positioning, and build lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead the overall marketing and sales strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Prepare and manage the annual marketing and sales budget.
• Set commercial targets, KPIs and action plans to achieve them.
• Identify new business opportunities, market expansion and product/service development.
• Oversee advertising, promotional and brand‑positioning campaigns.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities.
• Maintain and grow relationships with strategic clients and commercial partners.
• Monitor sales performance, profitability and ROI of campaigns.
• Report results and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and ethical standards.
