Digital Marketing Project Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Project Manager will be the central hub for communication and coordination between Power Digital’s internal teams and client stakeholders. Reporting to the Client Experience team and supported by the Project Management Office, you will ensure digital marketing initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, translating strategic goals into actionable project plans.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including strategists, creatives, analysts, and technologists—to execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and status reports, flagging risks and scope changes promptly.
• Oversee multiple concurrent accounts and service lines, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Maintain project documentation and deliverables in accordance with Power Digital’s standards.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Proven experience in client‑facing project management within digital marketing.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Proactive problem‑solver with excellent communication abilities.
