Customer Experience – Sales Support (Remote)

About the role

We are a U.S.-based company looking for a motivated Customer Experience and Sales Support professional to join our remote team in Nicaragua. The role blends sales outreach with customer service, focusing on building relationships and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to leads via cold calls and emails to initiate conversations.
• Conduct virtual meetings to present and promote our products and services.
• Build rapport, understand client needs, and propose tailored solutions.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close mutually beneficial deals.
• Maintain follow‑up communication to ensure client satisfaction.
• Track leads, opportunities, and activities using our CRM system.

Required profile

• Advanced English (spoken, written, listening).
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or a hybrid role.
• Strong computer and system navigation skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Fast typing skills.
